Refund Policy

Cancellations may be done by emailing Hola Postpartum 24hrs in advance of your class/workshop beginning. There will be a $25 cancellation fee per class/workshop. Cancellations within 5 days of the class/workshop will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations before 5 days in advance of the class/workshop will receive a full refund, minus the $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds within 24hrs of the class/workshop beginning.

Refunds requests for a medical reason cancellation will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email Hola Postpartum to discuss. The $25 cancellation fee will still apply.

For the all Hola Postpartum classes and workshops, there are no make-up sessions.

In the case of illness, please email or call Hola Postpartum in advance of your workshop to reschedule to our next workshop. No refunds or reschedules are available for an individual class within a series missed in our New Parent Gathering class; each series is unique to the class participants and their parenthood journeys.

In New Parent Gathering classes: if you or your baby has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other obvious signs of illness, we ask you to protect others in class by staying home until you and/or your baby have been symptom-free for 24 hours. If you are unsure whether your baby is eligible to attend class (i.e. mild coughs, colds, or viral illnesses that are resolving), we ask you to check with your baby’s health care provider to understand whether the illness is currently contagious and might be transmitted, and whether your baby is cleared to attend class.

Inclement weather: If the class/workshop is canceled due to inclement weather, we will contact you directly by email and text. If your class is canceled due to weather, we will offer to new date to reschedule or transfer your registration to the next scheduled workshop. If no make-up classes fits your schedule, you will be issued a refund. In the event of inclement weather we may offer the class/workshop as a virtual alternative in certain circumstances.
