Here’s what you get in The Forgotten Foods Membership:

  • At the beginning of each month (or when you sign up) you will receive an email with complete breakfast, lunch and snacks menu plan.

  • Each month’s menu plan includes 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 morning snacks and 5 afternoon snacks, detailed recipes for each menu item and a complete grocery list for each week. All you have to do is shop. No more mental energy on what to make yourself!

Meals customized for the busy parent:

  • Each recipe is curated to support you through more protein, veggies and micronutrients you need to be nourished well in postpartum and to keep up your energy to enjoy your family.

  • Easy to make and easy to follow recipes. Nothing complicated here! We want to take out the stress of meal preparations because we know how busy (and tired) your mornings can be, and grabbing something nutrient-dense from the fridge to enjoy at lunch will always taste and be nutritively better than fast food.

  • All recipes can be made at the beginning of your week and stored in your fridge in individual containers to make enjoying these meals even easier. All your choice; make it in the moment and enjoy, or prep at the beginning of the week. All meant to support you nutritively with ease.
